Tarlac Province Honored for Excellence in Human Resource Management

Tarlac Governor Christian Yap has commended the provincial government for earning the Civic Service Commission's prestigious Plaque of Accreditation under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM). The award recognizes Tarlac for successfully managing and executing well-defined recruitment, placement, and performance management systems, as well as for strictly adhering to Civil Service laws and guidelines in appointment issuance and other human resource initiatives.

"This recognition demonstrates our continuous commitment to strengthening efficient, honest, and humane governance, particularly through our merit-based and excellence-driven human resource frameworks," Governor Yap stated. He also expressed gratitude to the provincial capitol staff for their dedication and service to the residents of Tarlac.

"Together, we will continue to elevate the standard of public service in Tarlac," the governor added, emphasizing a collective effort toward improving governance within the province.
