The Ayala Group has distinguished itself in the realm of workplace wellness by securing two of the highest honors from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), establishing a new standard for health-centric office environments in the Philippines.

Ayala Corporation’s main office at Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower Two in Makati City was awarded the WELL v2 Platinum Certification, the utmost accolade under IWBI’s rigorous global workplace wellness criteria. This achievement marks the first time a corporate headquarters in the Philippines, and one of the few in Southeast Asia, has attained this esteemed status.

In parallel, Ayala Land’s ATG Tower Two was recognized with the WELL Gold Certification, its inaugural office development to earn the distinction. Hosting major Philippine companies, multinational enterprises, and foreign missions, the tower was praised for incorporating wellness principles thoroughly throughout its design and operational systems.

The certifications were officially presented on November 12 at Ayala Corporation’s headquarters by IWBI Senior Vice President and Asia Pacific Head Jack Noonan. The awarding ceremony was attended by notable figures including Ayala Chairman Jaime Zobel de Ayala, President and CEO Cezar P. Consing, Corporate Resources Group Head and Chief Human Resources Officer Francisco Romero Milán, People Experience Head Sherry M. Gosiengfiao, Ayala Land Offices Vice President Carol T. Mills, and Business Development Head Gail Y. Samaniego.

Highlighting the significance of these certifications, Consing remarked, "This accomplishment reflects our unwavering dedication to crafting workspaces where individuals can excel. Exceptional workplace environments foster enhanced productivity, innovation, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose."

Mills emphasized that the recognition solidifies Ayala Land’s commitment to creating spaces that transcend basic functionality and design by integrating wellness to improve communities and modern urban lifestyles. She stated, "Earning the WELL Gold Certification for ATG Tower Two reinforces our focus on prioritizing the health and well-being of those who live and work within our developments."
