Prim Nolido, President and Chief Operating Officer of Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, has been named one of the 100 Most Influential Filipinos in the World at the 15th annual The Outstanding Filipino Awards (TOFA) held in Las Vegas. This prestigious accolade highlights Nolido’s expanding impact on the Philippine real estate sector and his visionary leadership in sustainable township development.
The TOFA organizers commended Nolido for his groundbreaking efforts in transforming Philippine communities through eco-conscious and future-oriented projects that emphasize wellness, climate resilience, and inclusive growth. Since assuming leadership in 2015, Nolido has steered Pueblo de Oro toward a strategic long-term vision grounded in meticulous planning, green innovation, and community-centric development—earning both industry recognition and international admiration.
Pueblo de Oro has built a strong reputation for thoughtfully incorporating ample open spaces, natural environments, and designs that prioritize human-centric living. The corporation’s achievements include winning Masterplan Development of the Year – Philippines and Residential Development of the Year – Philippines at the 2025 Real Estate Asia Awards, as well as Best Green Development at the DOT Property Philippines Awards. In addition, Pueblo de Oro was honored as Developer of the Decade for Mindanao in 2023 by the Chamber of Real Estate & Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA), underlining its significant influence on regional development.

TOFA’s illustrious list of past recipients includes notable personalities such as businesswoman and philanthropist Loida Nicolas Lewis, Ambassador Mario de Leon Jr., former White House physician Dr. Connie Mariano, Tony Award recipient Lea Salonga, and Olympic champions Hidilyn Diaz and Carlos Yulo. Nolido’s recognition places him alongside these distinguished leaders who continue to define Filipino excellence on the world stage.
